Coleen's quiet birthday date

Coleen McLoughlin and fiancé Wayne Rooney kept it simple as they celebrated the fashion icon's birthday.

They may be millionaires, with paparazzi shots of their every move, but it seems that all the couple wanted on Coleen's special day was to be together.
The pair have been dating since they were 17. Now 22, they are planning to tie the knot later this summer.
With all the hussle and bussle that comes with planning a lavish wedding, Coleen was happy just to be with her Manchester United and England striker man.
She told Now magazine: "I had a lovely birthday. The night before Wayne took me out for dinner to an Italian restaurant and I spent the next day at my mum's.
"Wayne gave me lots of lovely surprises and my mum got in a big cake and balloons."
Last month Coleen was voted Look magazine's most influential fashion role model – coming in ahead of Sienna Miller and Kate Moss.
