Britons in search of romance are hopping across to the Continent to find it, according to a new study.

Researched released this week showed that some three million UK residents would consider finding love with an Italian Stallion or a Spanish Senorita.
According to the study, "smooth-talking" Irish men were top of the list for British women, with the French and Italians following closely behind.
The guys preferred Swedish girls, with the Nordic beauties coming in top place, according to the study by Parship.
International relationships are becoming more popular, thanks to the rise in cheap air travel and the rise of the internet and online dating.
Dr Victoria Lukats, scientist and dating guru, said: "In the past this would have been unheard of, except for only a few jet-setting elite.
"However, initiating and maintaining an international long-distance relationship has now become easier with the use of Internet dating, email, cheaper international phone calls and low-cost air fares."
