Stars to make 'new pact' of love in 2009

It seems that 2009 could be a good year for troubled couple Cheryl and Ashley Cole.

The pair's problems were well reported earlier this year and they faced intense media speculation following accusations of infidelity by England footballer Cole.
However, their love life seems to be looking up as a source has told Now magazine that they have made a relationship pact for the new year.
The unnamed source said: "They’ve promised they’ll never mention their past troubles again and will start afresh."
In what surely must be the clearest sign of their intentions for one another so far, the source told Now magazine that they would be trying for a child at the end of next year.
According to the source, they will also be supporting one another at key events such as Ashley's England matches and Cheryl's Girl's Aloud gigs.
The singer, who has become something of a national treasure since appearing as an X-Factor judge, married Cole in July 2006.
