Age ain't nothing but a number, says Paula

There's nothing wrong with dating a younger guy, according to American Idol judge Paula Abdul.

The 42-year-old US star is currently dating restaurateur JT Torregiani, who is ten years her junior.
But the former singer said she does not see this is a big age difference and said that the age of someone you fall in love with doesn't matter.
In an interview with Star magazine, she said: "Age is just a number. Connecting on a mental, spiritual and metaphysical level are all that matters."
The star, who is often the butt of Simon Cowell's jokes on the US talent show, said she is "really happy" with her boyfriend.
Paula said she is "cautiously optimistic" that JT is The One, despite the fact that she has been married and divorced twice.
She said: "I believe in [marriage] for those who haven't experienced it before, but I don't think you need a piece of paper to show your love. I wouldn't rule it out completely though."
