Couple find love and £1.9 million on the internet
4 September 2008
Love and marriage has been followed by riches for one lucky British couple after they won £1.9 million on the lottery.
Newlyweds Ed and Michelle Edwards, who met on an internet dating site, scooped the whopping prize by playing the National Lottery online

.
The couple from Yeovil have been living in a rented two-bedroom cottage, but will now be in the lap of luxury after winning the money.
The win came just 24 hours after they won a more modest £7 on the EuroMillions.
Thirty-nine-year-old Mrs Edwards, who worked at Edinburgh Woollen Mill before the win, said: "We were standing in a field with our two dogs when Ed told me and I jumped up and down, screamed and said I didn't believe him, I thought it was a joke.
"The first person I told was my sister, you're told to keep it to yourself but it's very difficult, you just have to share that kind of news."
