Nicole Kidman's song shyness

Nicole Kidman may be one of the most successful actresses in the world, but she can still get a touch of the performance jitters.

The Australian star has revealed that she is too nervous to sing in front of her husband, country music star Keith Urban.
Speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald, the 41-year-old revealed that she is very reluctant to perform songs from her upcoming film Nine in front of the musician.
She said: "I will never, never sing in front of him. I wouldn't even play him the track of me singing. Sometimes I might hum in front of him but that's it. Keith is pretty tough with that kind of stuff. He's highly musical."
However, she is happy for her baby daughter Sunday Rose – her first child with Urban - to listen to her singing.
"They've adapted certain things for me, and for having the baby around the set. I've had her there the whole time and she knows all the songs and has given them the thumbs up. Of course, with Keith, she's surrounded by music - she's very at peace with it."
Kidman married Urban in June 2006. Her first marriage to Tom Cruise, with whom she has two adopted children, ended in 2001.
