US actress dating British rock star

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale and Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are just two examples of US celebrities falling for the charms of British rock stars.

According to the Mirror, OC actress Mischa Barton is the latest star to find love in the arms of a musician in the guise of Luke Pritchard from the Kooks.
The pair were reported by the paper to have enjoyed a date at a North London pub and the following night the Mirror caught up with the band’s frontman.
The singer subsequently confirmed that he was indeed dating the actress as he told the paper: "It’s early days yet but, yes, we are seeing each other."
Indeed, he seemed quite smitten with the Sixth Sense actress, admitting "I’m very lucky. She’s beautiful, so I feel lucky she decided to go out with someone like me."
He said that they got together as they have a number of friends in common and attended quite a few of the same events.
Mischa has appeared in numerous films aside from Sixth Sense, probably most notable among them Notting Hill and St Trinians.
